I am using this card to drive two 22" monitors with an Acer Veriton M460 running Win XP Pro. One monitor is running on the card's DVI port at 1920x1080, the other on its VGA port at 1680x1050. It's only been a week, but I am extremely happy with the results.
It is probably worth noting that I am not putting this card through anything extreme like 3D gaming or video editing, so I can't speak to the card's high-end capability - but as a programmer wanting to run dual-monitors on a budget, it's been great. In addition, the card's been silent (but again, I'm definitely not driving the card to it's potential).
Also worth noting: Once I installed this card, the onboard video in my PC went away. I didn't put much effort into researching this, since this card runs both monitors flawlessly. As far as I can tell it is a limitation of my type of motherboard, but I could be mistaken. Keep in mind you specifically need a PCI Express x16 slot for this card. The card also has an HDTV output port, but I am not using it so I can't comment on that type of usage.
The "control panel" software for the card is pretty well designed. There are a ton of configuration options, but they are presented in an organized way as to not be overwhelming.
Overall, the card has been really good. For the price, I think it's an amazing value. Very satisfied.
