When your laptop is in this bag and the zipper is closed there are two openings on the top, at either end of the zipper, that expose the corners of your laptop to rain, snow, and whatever else the elements throw at you. Each one is a half-inch to an inch in size, and it was MADE this way - it wasn't damaged when I got it, so these gaps must be intentional. There's a fold-over flap that doesn't cover these holes either, so they screwed up twice. Of course, none of the photos on the item page show this, so I'm hoping this review will save others the time wasted in ordering, then returning this 'thing'.
An eight-year-old could do a better job of designing a laptop bag, and you'll get more protection from a plastic grocery bag than this 'product'. It should be removed from the market, and based on this I won't be ordering any other Genova products. It's too bad that one star is the lowest rating available, because this doesn't even deserve that. If I could give it minus stars, I would.
