(More customer reviews)It comes with only the barest of instructions, no real software to speak of, and I can't get it to function as promised. I've tried it in a palm and in a pocket pc. I can't load the software on the palm, and the pocket pc software loads, but it won't recongnize the scanner when you open the software. So now I have a nifty paperweight on my desk with an embedded laser. Even if I could get it to work, it doesn't lock in real well so every time you push the button to scan it threatens to pop out. I wish I had look into this closer before purchasing.
