(More customer reviews)This is a good card. Has outstanding picture quality and the program that come with is pretty good. But I think windows Media Center is better. The application that Power Cinema uses to encode a recording to put it on a DVD is poor. the quality of it was very bad compared to WMC. But if you have an application for it, this is a terrific card. Everything works great with Vista and XP. Overall, the ATi drivers and such are outstanding.
