Comp Specs: Dell 518, Core2quad q8300@a2.50ghz, 6gb ram, 300gb HD, 500watt power supply, on Win7 Home premium 64bit.
other Ati cards i own: X1950GT, X1800GTO, HD2600XT, plus some older 1400 models.
The Dell 518 comes with a ATI3450 built in, after a few tests with 3dmark software, there was a noticable difference in FPS rates with the 4670, then again almost anything will beat onboard graphics.
I've played Gears of war, COD4, Bioshock2, with decent results @ medium to High settings.
The card rates 6.8 on the windows experience scale. So it's not that bad for a card for under a $100 bucks.
overall I would recommend this card to anyone looking for a cheap card for older motherboards that don't have the PCI2.0 standard, good for mid range gaming or video processing.
Also HDMI sound and Video is a big plus since I have it connected to a 32" LCD
