you'll definatly want to have a decent fan system in your PC to get airflow on this thing. The fan it comes with on it isnt gonna do it.
other things to worrie about, Its a VERY LARGE card. I put it in a minitower and it covered up 2 Sata slots and blocked a Hard-drive bay area.
but if you can spare the space and a few bucks on fans its a great card for a single PCI-E slot.
